Shoe Returns - Please make sure to wear peds when trying on shoes because they must be in new resell able condition in the original package to be returned. you have 30 days from purchase date to return or exchange shoes. after that shoes are non returnable. All Shoe Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee per pair. all shipping fees are non-returnable. ( 20% of shoe cost) Once shoes are dyed they are non-returnable. You must have an RA authorization to return shoes so please email for the return authorization number and return address. if you ship back shoes without RA they will be returned to you.
